RETURN and REFUND POLICY
Damaged Product
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately via email at hensbling@gmail.com if the item is defective or damaged. Please attach a photo of the defective/damaged product to the email. If available, a replacement of the same item will be issued otherwise the replacement will be issued in the form of a store credit.
Refunds
Requests for refunds are accepted up to 3 days after the date of delivery. The request should be sent via email to hensbling@gmail.com and it must include the reason for the refund request. Hen’s Bling will send an email within 2 business days confirming receipt of the request.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unworn and in the same condition as received and returned within 5 business days of confirmation email to the following address:

Upon receipt and review of the returned product, a refund for the amount of the returned product only will be issued within 2 business days.
