Damaged Product

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately via email at if the item is defective or damaged. Please attach a photo of the defective/damaged product to the email. If available, a replacement of the same item will be issued otherwise the replacement will be issued in the form of a store credit.


Requests for refunds are accepted up to 3 days after the date of delivery.  The request should be sent via email to and it must include the reason for the refund request. Hen’s Bling will send an email within 2 business days confirming receipt of the request.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unworn and in the same condition as received and returned within 5 business days of confirmation email to the following address:

Upon receipt and review of the returned product, a refund for the amount of the returned product only will be issued within 2 business days.
